Nowadays I think gratitude is the name of the game.
Advice: begin each day with gratitude.
It doesn’t have to be stated directly, it doesn’t require an actual gesture, it’s doesn’t mean going to the person or place to let them know. Instead, when we wake-up and begin with a statement of gratitude we are focused on reducing our anxiety, remembering there is still good in our lives, and acknowledging that among us are forces of good. It’s a positive way to start the day, to set the tone and mood for the day.
I’ll go first: I am thankful for the technology and access, for the ability, to connect with people that I love all over the world, to check-in on them, to still speak with them, to still feel and offer my love and to still feel and see their love.
